Bakhashab Transportation Consulting offers customer logistics, network analysis and design services including a thorough review of a customer's existing logistics system - modes, facilities, sourcing locations, delivery frequency and business processes - to determine what changes are required to optimize supply chain efficiencies. These services help customers decide where to locate facilities, including cross-dock facilities and distribution centers, in order to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of their logistics operations. We assess current and potential methods of transportation and routes, and conduct evaluations of trade-offs among inventory/transportation costs and service levels.
